The Metal Roof Base (MRB) provides a robust, self-sealing mounting base for common corrugated metal roof profiles with a flat mounting surface. The base seals to the roof with an integral EPDM Rubber Washer and a sealing top cap. The completed assembly has a 5/16” stud compatible with existing SnapNrack components. The MRB can’t be beat for ease of installation and reliability over the service life of the system.

The SnapNrack Metal Roof Base is a cost-optimized PV Mounting System for both residential and commercial metal roof mount installations. The system was designed to allow the attachment of PV modules or PV mounting rails directly to a corrugated metal roof. The design of the "MRB" is simple and very sturdy. The base and cap are made from high quality 6000 Series aluminum for a robust roof mounting solution with the lowest possible total installed cost.
Install a Metal Roof Base System in 3 Simple Steps:
- Drill hole in roof over beam, rafter, or purlin.
- Secure MRB base to the roof with lag bolt or tek screw.
- Install and tighten MRB cap.
