Lithium iron phosphate chemistry provides superior cycle life and enhanced safety for installations requiring maximum capacity per footprint, extended backup autonomy, and continuous off-grid operation. Installation completes in under 30 minutes per Stack using tool-free vertical stacking on the gray base stand, which elevates modules 7.75 inches above floor level for protection against standing water. The BMS integrates detection mode DIP switches to automatically recognize connected modules during power-on sequencing from bottom to top.

Communication with hybrid inverters requires CAN bus wiring through the INV-CAN port, with pre-configured cables for Sol-Ark installations. Parallel expansion capability supports up to 15 Stacks using Link A to Link B daisy-chain configuration with standard Ethernet cables between BMS units. Battery terminal connections demand 4/0 gauge cabling within 20-foot runs to minimize voltage drop, secured with M8 hardware at specified torque values. Field expansion adds modules to the top of existing Stacks without DIP switch reconfiguration of original modules, maintaining the bottom-up addressing convention that simplifies future service and capacity upgrades.
